New Year, New Predictions!
If you haven’t yet I talk 2018 predictions with the boys on the Game Moose podcast this week but for those who want to see some more predictions, I present to you this list.
Let’s get speculating.
Forza Horizon 4 is set in Japan and slated for a Fall release.
A New Mechassault is announced exclusively for the Xbox and PC.
Halo 6 is announced, has Battle Royale mode. Releases this Winter. This is a long shot but Battle Royale mode also gets added to Halo 5 this summer.
The Nintendo Switch will finally get a Virtual Console. Leaning towards 2nd Quarter.
A new Fable is announced. Lionhead will have nothing to do with it. Most likely being worked on by Playground.
A Link Between Worlds is ported to the Switch lineup for Summer.
Perfect Dark is in the works. Only on Xbox and PC. Possibly being developed by Coalition.
If Coalition doesn’t have their hands on Perfect Dark perhaps they are working on Dark Tide.
Kingdom Hearts 3 doesn’t come out in 2018 but we get a new short teaser at E3.
Crackdown 3 will be delayed (Again) but Crackdown 1 and 2 will be added to backwards compatibility to tide fans over.
The Division 2 is announced at E3 and drops in the fall.
We will all forget about the trainwreck that is Destiny 2.
Anthem will be delayed until 2019.
Far Cry 5 is pushed back to late summer.
GTA V and Red Dead Redemption are announced and released on the Nintendo Switch.
Splinter Cell will once again not be announced this year. Neither will The Elder Scrolls. But I can hope.
