Recore: Early Review

Recore Review

I got my hands on Recore early and I’m not overly impressed…

I will be back this week with a full review.

”ReCore” is a classic action-platforming games like MegaMan and Metroid with features such as a deep crafting system and a large world to explore. The bond between the game’s heroine, Joule Adams, and her charming ”Corebot” companions, Mack, Seth and Duncan, is the heart-and-soul of ”ReCore’s” gameplay as well as its story. GO on adventure in ”Far Eden”, where dangers, mysteries and challenges await in its windswept dunes and hidden dungeons.

As the first Xbox Play Anywhere game, “ReCore” gives players access to both the Xbox One and Windows 10 versions of the game for the price of a single digital purchase. Progress is shared across devices so you can easily pick up where you left off, no matter where you play.

“ReCore” will release on Sept. 13 in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific (except Japan), Sept. 15 in Japan, and Sept. 16 in Europe and other regions.
