The Legend of Zelda: Defenders of the Triforce Is Coming To Canada

The time has come to put down The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and experience a real-life Zelda adventure with “Defenders of the Triforce”.

Secret City Adventures has partnered with SCRAP Entertainment and Nintendo to bring a multi-city Puzzle Tour inspired by The Legend of Zelda to Canada. The Puzzle Tour will allow fans of the series to step through their screen and experience Hyrule in real life.

SCRAP Entertainment are the original creators of the popular Real Escape Game. Defenders of the Triforce sounds like it’s going be much more than just a simple “escape room”. Players will find themselves working in teams of six to solve a mystery in a large space, all within a certain time limit.  Players will be able to interact with classic items and characters from the series like Goron, Zora and Kokiri tribes. I’m hoping hottie with the body Prince Sidon shows up. Hubba Hubba.

“Nintendo of Canada is thrilled to be part of the Defenders of the Triforce tour and we’re excited to bring this immersive new experience to Canadian fans and newcomers to the Zelda series” said Pierre-Paul Trepanier, Nintendo of Canada’s General Manager. “Partnering with SCRAP allows us to offer a new perspective on this legendary series.”

“We wanted to make sure ‘Defenders of the Triforce’ felt as authentic as possible,” said Doc Preuss, Real Escape Game Producer for SCRAP. “Fans of The Legend of Zelda series will adore the tour and won’t want to miss it.”

The Defenders of the Triforce Puzzle Tour will be hitting six cities in Canada starting in May. Tickets can be purchased and reserved today at www.scrapZelda.com.

The full schedule is below:

● Toronto: May 10-14

●Ottawa: May 27-30

● Montreal (English): June 8-11

● Montreal (French): June 14-16

● Edmonton: June 23-25

● Calgary: June 30- July 2

Start saving your rupees because guests will have the chance to buy exclusive merchandise once they finish their puzzle experience.

I can’t wait to see what puzzles Defenders of the Triforce brings to the table. Maybe I’ll have finished 50% of BOTW by that point.
